Over the last 2 years, Blessings4Ever has expanded its suite of home care services in the Philadelphia region. But what are those services and what do they mean for those who are searching for them? We wanted to provide you with a short post describing what we offer so that you can decide what choice is best for you.

Personal Care Services

Blessings4Ever offers premium home care services for those who qualify for Medicaid-Waiver Services. For those that qualify, we call these services "Personal Care Services".

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania offers state funded Waiver Programs that pay for disabled and elderly citizens to receive home care services at no out-of-pocket costs. Blessings4Ever can provide assistance with completing the application process, so that you can receive the care you deserver in a timely manner.

If you are already part of the Medicaid-waiver program and receiving services from another agency and would like to transfer, we can assist you as well. You can call us at 215-425-3950 and ask for our Admissions Coordinator. We work the patient and caregiver as they transfer to Blessings4Ever to insure that there is no gap in services.

If you need an aide, our Support Staff can assist you and provide you with excellent care.

Private Duty Home Care Services

At Blessings4Ever, we call our private pay or out-of-pocket home care services "Private Duty Home Care". These services can be used by those who do not qualify for Medicaid, have Long-Term Care Insurance Plan, or have funds/assets saved that may be used for home care services.

Blessings4Ever is proud to offer quality, private duty home care services to those who need a helping hand throughout life’s transitions. Our highly trained and licensed caregivers and nurse aides are able to provide you with quality care to suit your needs based on an individualized care plan created by you and our team of home care professionals. Whether your needs consist of assistance with personal care, housekeeping tasks, companion care, medication reminders, or escort services, our trained caregivers will provide caring and supportive help for all of your needs based on your customized care plan that focuses on your physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.

Our cost for care is approximately $22-$24 per hour based on an assessment by one of our clinicians.
