V&V Management forms Strategic Marketing and Business Development Team for Blessings4Ever Success

This is an exciting time at V&V Management Solutions and Blessings4Ever. We are working hard and getting ready for the next stage of growth. From the company’s inception in 2014, Blessings4Ever has offered families and communities quality home care.

This is an exciting time at V&V Management Solutions and Blessings4Ever. We are working hard and getting ready for the next stage of growth. From the company’s inception in 2014, Blessings4Ever has offered families and communities quality home care. V&V Management Solutions has had the pleasure of managing and providing direction for this amazing home care agency,. Yet the vision from the start was to have a dynamic and pervasive suite of home care services – including skilled care and private pay - across the care continuum. We are at the next stage of development of this original vision.

As a result, V&V leadership has developed a new team – the Strategic Marketing and Business Development Department, to take Blessings4Ever, V&V, and all verticals to the next level and to promote our services in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Their goal is to develop Blessings4Ever and V&V Management Solutions. We are so excited to be a part of this next phase of organizational growth and development.

As a department, this team is committed to creating a quality and professional customer experience, improving employee engagement and morale, and passionately and effectively marketing our services to the Greater Philadelphia Region.

Now, to introduce our amazing team:

Jen Levy, LNHA, MSW, LSW – Chief Strategy Officer

Jen Levy graduated with a Bachelors in Sociology with a Concentration in Healthcare Services and a Masters of Social Work. She is a Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. With over 25 years of experience, she spent the first part of her career working as a licensed social worker in skilled, transitional care and home health settings. Upon obtaining her Administrators license, Jennifer worked as a licensed Administrator and Regional Director of Operations in the private, for profit and not for profit sector.

In 2005, working for her family owned skilled nursing facility, she assumed the role of VP of Operations, overseeing the operations of their outpatient dialysis unit, chronic kidney disease clinic, home hemo-dialysis unit, retail pharmacy and 246 bed skilled nursing facility. During her tenure, she developed a clinical blood laboratory that serviced skilled nursing facilities in the tri-state area as well as developed clinical programs that allowed skilled nursing facilities to benchmark patient outcomes .

She also served as the Area Director for Strategic Initiatives for CareOne. She has been working closely with the South Jersey hospital systems and their post acute preferred providers over the last two years to develop communication pathways that allow emergency room physicians the platform to have more seamless and comprehensive collaboration with their downstream providers. Based on her work over the last two years inclusive of the development of the SNF to ED Consultation form, Jennifer sits on the state committee to revise the Universal Transfer Form and regulate education for New Jersey healthcare providers related to this initiative with the New Jersey Department of Health, New Jersey Hospital Association and New Jersey Healthcare Association. Jennifer’s position was the VP of strategic initiatives and Business development for Spring Hills Senior Communities.

Lisette Gonzalez, M.Ed– Senior Business Development Executive

Lisette will support the Chief of Strategy Officer and serve as a liaison to various partnerships. She comes amidst a period of organizational growth and development as Blessings4Ever, which is managed by V&V Management Solutions, presses to make gains in a competitive home care market. Blessings4Ever will soon be adding skilled home care and private pay home care services to its line-up of quality services.

Speaking of the new role, Lisette says, "I am super excited about my new role at V&V Management Solutions because it provides an array of services, a continuum of care, treats people with equity, and empathy and views all consumers as VIP. It is a growing company that is providing the community with many opportunities. I am happy to be part of this journey."

Lisette has over 15 years of experience in leadership and management, entrepreneurship, and community work. She has her Masters in Adult and Organizational Development.

Of herself she says, “Born in Philly, lived in North Philly, South Philly, raised in Delaware County . I have a 19 year old daughter named Senaiya who is in her 2nd year at Rowan University. I now live in Moorestown, NJ but I’m a Philly Jawn at heart!!!”

Her hobbies include traveling to beautiful beaches, dancing, singing, acting, fashion, spending time with family & close friends, meeting people, cooking, eating, and binge watching shows at home by herself.

Doug Kennedy, B.A. – Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Doug graduated from Eastern University in 2015. After spending a year in France in 2016, Doug moved to Delaware County and started working for Blessings4Ever in 2019 as a Patient Care Coordinator. He is a former Executive Assistant to the CEO. In 2020 Doug assumed the role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

His passions are digital marketing, branding, and public relations. He is excited to be working with a team of well-qualified individuals to grow the Blessings4Ever, V&V, and Blessings Tech business lines and brands.

Doug currently resides in Swarthmore with his wife Kendall. He enjoys reading, writing, spending time with his church family, and practicing French. Doug recently put up his Christmas tree before Thanksgiving and has yet to receive any community backlash.

Tara Caldwell, MBA – Admissions Coordinator

I have worked in healthcare since I can remember. For the past 11 years I worked in Admissions and Marketing at Skilled Nursing Facilities which was fast paced, but I loved the challenge ! I plan to keep that same energy while being a part of this dynamic Strategic Marketing and Business Development Team as Admissions Coordinator at B4E.

Tara is married with 3 children. Her hobbies include makeup, fashion, shopping, cooking, and reading.

Naisha Gonzalez M.H.A – Customer Experience Manager

Naisha has worked for V&V Management Solutions and Blessings4Ever for 7 years. During her time here, customer experience has always been Naisha’s passions. Of the role, Naisha said, "Blessings4Ever has always had a heart for the people we serve. My passion is customer service. I love working with people, listening to their success, their experience, and their frustrations. I’m confident that no matter what, we can help. My job is to listen, understand, make changes where necessary, and make sure that every visit is a positive experience. You should feel blessed when you come here...accepted, welcome, part of a family. That’s our goal, and that’s what inspires me.”

Naisha was born and raised in Philadelphia. She enjoys makeup, fashion, dancing, and shopping. She is also a cat mom!
